Contract & Procurement Lead
Persyaratan
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, law, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or contract administration, often with leadership experience within the chemical, mining and offshore Oil & Gas industry.
- Skills: Strong negotiation tactics, financial acumen, risk management, and proficiency with contract management or ERP software.
- Certifications: Credentials like CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) and/or FIDIC contract management training/certification, or CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) are a strong plus.
- Experience in management and administration of contracts.
- An understanding of liability, indemnity and insurance issues related to offshore oil and gas, mining, or industrial plant operations, construction and drilling.
- Experience in tendering and supplier pre-qualification processes.
- Experience in complex contract and commercial negotiations.
- Experience and understanding of the legal and commercial terms and conditions of contracts.
- Experience and understanding of complete end-to-end supply chain processes and a background in logistics will be looked upon favourably.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal (able to Mandarin is a plus).
- Willing to work on a 1-year contract basis.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta and at a remote-site location the Bengalon Site Office, East Kalimantan.
