Compensation, Benefits, & Industrial Relations Specialist

Persyaratan

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Legal, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in payroll or compensation and benefits.
Good understanding of Indonesian payroll, PPh 21, BPJS, and labor regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll calculations.
Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to maintain confidentiality.
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, employment regulations, and industrial relations practices.
Experienced in handling more than one labor union.
Experienced in representing the company in Industrial Relations Court (PHI) proceedings.
Capable of managing bipartite and tripartite industrial relations activities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at an Intermediate level.
Excellent communication, strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Hold professional certifications such as Certified HR Supervisor, HR Business Partner (HRBP), Industrial Relations (IR), or other relevant.
Fluent in English both written and verbal (able to Mandarin is a plus).
Willing to work on a 1-year contract basis.
Willing to be based in Jakarta and at a remote-site location the Bengalon Site Office, East Kalimantan.
